All students must self-administer these questions daily before coming into any District facility or attending any District-sponsored event. 

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, and your symptoms are not caused by allergies or another medical condition, or if someone in your home has COVID-19 right now, you are deemed to have a suspected case of COVID-19 and must return home immediately to self-isolate/quarantine
